The St. Tammany SALT Council is a non-profit Louisiana Corporation that has received non-profit approval under IRS 501C3.

The mission of the Council is to work with the Public Safety agencies to improve the safety and security of Senior Citizens residing in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.

The Council was formed in 2002 and incorporated with non-profit status in 2007.
